As per your complaint and you told you had a bulging disc, you need to do neck isometric exercise, changes in your routine and life style, muscle release if any tightness around neck, scapular muscle strengthing. Your electrotherapy treatment will continue upto the days as your physiotherapist feel required. And it will take around 6-8 weeks to 3 month to get strength in your muscle. As you get strength in muscle than it will maintain with your routine.you also need to avoid heavy weight lifting on head and keeping neck straight during working. Also do routine walking and some ROM exercise in routine. Wish you for your good health. Thanks
