Hello.Sorry to hear this.
Your MRI shows compression of the spinal cord at multiple levels in your cervical spine (neck) causing cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
Generally, myelopathy is best treated with surgery where the compression on the spinal cord can be released.
Please see a neurosurgeon for further detailed examination following which a correct treatment plan can be decided for you.
