Central and back side headache head spin

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi i am sufferning from lightheadedeness head spin and central and back skull headache and tenderness..its been a more then a week since hving head spin and dizziness from last 3 days headache strted..im taking medicine but not helping started physiotherpy also..i am diabetic type 2 along with pcod and insulin resistance ...this issue intrefare my activity even hving tired eyes also help...
