Bleeding from gums can be of many reasons.
First of all poor oral hygeine. Not brushing properly and claiming afterwards. 99% Indians don't brush at night and claims doctors that we do regularly brushing despite this.
I urge and I request please brush twice and have mouth wash . All those eaten particle which remain in oral cavity decompose and destroy tooth structure and soft tissues also along with it. More calculus and plaque is destroying gums and bone underneath attracts more food to accumulate. Hence a condition progresses form (gingivitis) which only limited to gums but then progresses to( periodontitis) involves gums and bone of jaw also . Normally called as a pyorrehea by layman term. . This is one of a reason .
Other reason could be mechanical trauma . Faulty brushing . Tooth pick insertion . Bob pin insertion. And sysytemic problems such as lack of vitamin c . And many other blood related disorderes which contributes to bleeding gums.
