Causes for no stool passed from 4days

Asked for Female, 39 Years

Gone thru with swine flu treatment in hospitalisation and after that no stool passed. Feels like hard stool stuck in rectum and not allowing to pass it. What it can cause and how to treat. Very hesitating to discuss this
