Caused by ICP in 26weeks
Hi, I am 31weeks pregnant and caused by ICP in my 26th week pregnancy.. I have been asked by my doctor to go for LFT test every week along with the medication. My question is if my LFT report shows stable can my delivery will be proceed to 39th to 40 week with normal vaginal delivery?

Yes it should with your LFT becoming more stable and close to normal range, so you shouldn't face pre term delivery and you should be able to have a normal vaginal delivery unless indicated otherwise at the point of delivery.
