My colony cat gave birth to two kittens 3 days back. We gave the family shelter for few days. She is breathing heavily. Plus coughing.

Kindly take him to a vet as after delivery the body becomes probe to infections so might hv been he has cold n cough or something else plus also he needs fluid therapy ask your vet about it.
