There is a lipomatous lesion on lower left side in neck It's size is 52*45*22.... Surgery is effective or homeopathic remedies are ???..... And after how much time surgery should be done ...

No any medicine. Surgery is only option for u. Bigger the lipoma bigger the surgery. It's totally idiotic to even thought of any homeopathy or ayurveda
