Carrot/Orange chunk in stool
I been having slight IBS, last night I had sliced baked carrot and watermelon for dinner, today the stool came out with a orange tint and orange-colored chunks inside and outside the stool, is this the carrot/watermelon or should I be worried? I took picture just to be sure if needed. Thank you

Do not worry. Chew food properly while eating. Take your time. Don't eat in hurry. If it happens very frequently then get a endoscopy done.
