My mother is 57 years. She is treated with hypothyroidism and low sodium.But in 2d echo RWMA +, adequate LV systolic function (LVEF-51%) ,concentric LVH +, Grade I LVDD, no clots/no effusion. Wall motion abnormalities - leteral wall mild hypokinesia. Is anything serious? What kind of precautions we have to take?
