Can bloating dizziness only can be a symptom of any cardiac disease? i dont have any pain amywhere . Just dizziness and bloating

Dizziness may be a symptom of heart disease. I suggest a 12 lead ECG(rule out arrhythmia or heart block), a carotid Doppler and an Echocardiography.
