Cant sleep
Its just mom and me in my family, i am whole and sole response for the well being and wish to have my own house and settle for better before i ger married in next 4-5 years.. my pcod was diagnosed 4 months back when I was bleeding profusely.. currently it has stopped but periods didn't regularise for which feel very uneasy till the time my period happens.. Also, I usually get sleep by 3am snd wake up by 12:30 - 1:30pm(my sleep cycle has hampered as i worked in bpo night shifts for more than 10years) but now days I'm unable to sleep at all, if i sleep that is not before 6 am due to this throughout the day i have fatigue and mood swings.. How can I get a baby like peaceful sleep that also in proper time??
