Cant set goals
I do anything after making a perfect plan. I can't work without setting goals. But making plan and execution as per plan causes huge anxiety and I don’t achieve goal. If I work randomly without plans then I may achieve goals in a better way. I feel working without plans is risky. what should be done?

With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck.
