Cant diagnosed is it prostatitis symptom

The urge to urinate now originates mostly from the penis itself, and not from the bladder. It just feels as if some urine is stuck there. Randomly throughout the day, I will feel like some urine is being expelled into my penis, almost going out (never does, though), and then it will be stuck there until I urinate. After urinating, it will feel like some urine is still left stuck in the penis itself. Like a few drops came almost all the way out, but stayed in. I feel pain above the penis, in the lower stomach / groin area that comes and goes intermittently. It feels like some sort of weight being pressed into the place. I sometimes feel intermittent stinging pain inside my penis without any prior warning during the day. When urinating, I sometimes feel the urine doesn't go in a straight line inside the penis, instead it goes through "obstacles" until it gets out. It goes slowly inside the penis itself. For the above problems I have done 1.cystoscopy which came normal no stricture
