I'm 20 yrs old with no other health problems, but sometimes when i try to breathe in, it feels like there is something little clotting in my throat and i cant breathe in deeply and the breathe gets stuck in my throat, and i started yawning, to take the most possible breathe in.... when i exercise, this problem bothers me a lot, though i don't have Asthma. why is this happening and what is the remedy? Thanks in advance.
