Cant able to sleep

Cnt able to breath properly at night, even in little cold my nostrils blocked completely while sleeping. Constantly sneezing problem for past 2 years. Irritation and blockage feels all the time inside the nose.

hey, do you have allergy, ? deviated nasal septum? any nasal poly? avoid dust, clean your matress, bedsheets ,blanket, sleep I'm clean environment, avoid AC, fan during night, take hot air inhalation in the morning
