Hi, can I consume canned cooked Atlantic salmon, Mackerel, Halibut, Herring, Pollock sea fishes during pregnancy. Is it safe to eat those canned cooked foods during this times? Beside more Red salmon (sockeye) sea fish is available here. Can I consume the Red Salmon (sockeye) and is it safe to eat
