Last week I had a skin infection so doctor prescribed me pain killers as well as antibiotics. Now that issue has been resolved but I am facing canker sore on tonsils and throat. Because of this I am not able to eat and drink.

You seem to be suffering from apthous ulcer in your oropharynx. Usually it is a self resolving condition. You may need to take good analgesics for pain relief.

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use analgesics like diclofenac for pain relief. In case of big ulcers steroid solutions needs to be used for gargling
