Canker Sore - I’M Concerned As To Why I Continue To Get

I’m concerned as to why I continue to get frequent canker sores. I don’t know why they happen but it’s sometimes one or two at the same time. I don’t know what to do to help them go away or to prevent them from coming in the first place
