Some white substance gets accumulate below fore skin of penis causing rashes and mild irritation on penis. Checked internet and ut seems Candadid yeast infection. Applied anti fungal cream but it resolves issue for a day or two and next day again face same problem

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
