Can we use both ecosprin&clexane-40 mg

I am 20 weeks pregnant now, 2 years back I have been diagnosed with dvt problem in left leg and undergone surgery and they removed the clots. After surgery I am using ecosprin-75mg daily. Now i am pregnant and vascular surgeon docter told me to start clexane-40 mg injection daily untill delivery and post delivery 2 months. And also other gynec docter told me to use ecosprin-75mg also. is it necessary and safe to use both ecosprin-75mg and clexane-40mg injection same day. Is it safe to use clexane injection for that many months.

As you are having history of DVT , you are at higher risk for repeat episode this time. Clexane and asprin both are safe to use but you should remain in touch with your doctor.
