Can we take head bath period 1st day
Many say like we should not take head bath in period first day . It will weaken bones .Can u pls explain when to take head bath and when to not take head bath.

But do they give any proof for all such claims?
Many people say many things.
Don't listen to all those.
There is nothing like that.
If you have any hair related problems or bone related problems, get it checked out.
