Can't walk and eat and talk
My father got fits 7years ago and then after slowly he was not able walk. His hands and legs not functioning. Event he can't talk. We consulted neurologist in our city (Siddipet) but no use. Doctors said that he could not recover again due to some issues in brain. We are helpless. I want him to atleast do his necessary works like eat, go to wash room and drink water himself without taking others help. Thanks in advance.

There seems to be a problem that is progressive. It  could be degenerative brain disease, or some other condition like MND which are usually not helped much by medication. a final diagnosis can be made only after physical examination. As you have already consulted a Neurologist please talk to him again.
