Can't sleep consistently
I usually wake up every 30-45 minutes. I've tried ZZQuil, NyQuil, and Melatonin but they only give me restless legs. I took a Hydrocodone pill last night to see if it would help (had them for my knee surgery a year ago). They worked. My whole body was relaxed. Is there anything like Hydrocodone OTC? Or muscle relaxers? I don't have insurance.
