Please Don't depend on medicines only Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do yogasanas and pranayam daily or some light exercise daily Take salads and fruits more Take lukewarm water three times a day regularly Take Tab Triphala by Himalaya 1    1 regularly Sy duphalac 15 ml in 200 ml water at night for few days Reconsult after 15 days
