Can't lose fat..
I have been doing cardio and weight training for months, initially there was some reduction in weight but after that period i think i have hit a plateau where my body has found a way to keep that abdominal and love handle fat intact. The weight i lost was may be muscle and water weight. Please advice as i have heard that t3 supplement can help reduce body fat by increasing metabolism. If yes, please prescribe a healthy dose.? Note: I am on a Ketogenic and clean diet with regular exercise that includes cardio and weight training.
