Can someone tell me if there's a problem

Hey there,I am an 18 year old virgin and i've got some questions. 1.I have a little cloudiness on my glans.Is this because i didn't retract my foreskin and never cleaned it since i was not aware that it should be retracted.whatis it? and how to get rid of it? 2.Also some white granules are present where the glans penis ends.What is it? 3.And i can feel some pressure on the head while having and erection.What is the reason? Do i have short frenum? 4.The glans feel quite sensitive.Can it be due to no touching on the glans?
