Can ivermectin help in below situation
Hi I have taken vaccine covidsheild first dose in July . Since next day onward I got spinning sensation , dizziness. Took medication for 2months the beta blockers. Now the feel like I am in boat or swaying or floating most of the time of the day while sitting standing or sleeping Unsteadiness. While  walking  its okay I xan walk. ,shown it to ent specialist and neurologist.,ayurvedic treatment too Taken brain MRI I had no such experience earlier but just next day morning after taking vaccination. Any suggestions or recommendation, also if anyone faced such issue. Thankyou in advance

U need to get youself evaluated for nystagmus, for which the test is dixp hallpike manuvere , to rule wether the cause of vertigo is ear or CNS ( brain). Till then u can take vertin twice a day for days
