Can I take lotte for more than 22 days

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have been put on lotte by my doctor for 3 months because I have really painful cramps and pms. My ultrasound was clear. After I stop lotte after 21 days and till I get my period I have experienced really bad acne due to the drop in hormone levels. I have to be someplace important next month exactly during the time when my period start Can I continue lotte for long and skip my period? Or should I not mess with my treatment
