Can I take cetrizine while gastritis?
Hi doctors, I have a long history of gastritics and most tablets trigger gastritics like paracetamol. I easily get sneezing, running nose due to allergies. But I'm worried that if I take cetrizine, will that affect my stomach anyway? Please guide me for my allergies and for quick relief. Thank you so much.

It may cause Gastritis, but you can take medication for gastritis along with it. Usually Pain killers, antibiotics and paracetamol causes irritation to stomach, so we preferably advice to take it just after food. So I would suggest you take just after dinner or take Gastritis medication. Hope it helps. Get well soon.
