Multiple Retroperitoneal collections.TB abscesses with TB spine to be considered in view of past history, the largest anterior to the left psoas and rmultiple collections are noted in the left paravertebral region superior to the left iliacus, prevertebral, presacral, and deep to the right psoas which would likely represent inflammatory collection haematomas. In view of the multiplicity and the density, specialist referral and assessment with MR is appropriate to assess epidural space at L5/S1
