Can I give milk to my Autism child

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My 3 years Autism boy has given camel milk. But he is now very thin and weak. And also my baby has no allergy in milk as I did his food allergy test. So can I give him cow milk/mother dairy full cream. Please any body suggest.
