Cap ocid d before breakfast and dinner for three days than redused to one before breakfast for three day or as required.tsb azee,500 one per day for three days. Plenty of liquids to keep yourself hydreyted like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice tea coffee etc.light diet like porridge khichari etc avoid spicy fried GRESY junk food or food from outside. Ok.
