Can I eat prawns while breastfeeding
I had prawns today for lunch and feeling stomach upset. Should i breastfeed my baby?will it affect her?

This looks like stomach upset and not prawns allergy. If there is no acute reaction history like immediate rash, vomiting, difficulty in breathing with in 2 hrs of consuming prawns , it is not allergic reaction. And in such case breast feeding is not contraindicated.
