I am having si joint pain on right side and my doctor confirmed it now my doubt is can i do any exercises with this pain or any restrictions is there any adverse effects with some exercises iam doing surya namskar daily can i continue, could you please explain me

First strengthen your lower back muscles so that the pain doesn’t increase .
