I need lower lateral cartilage asymmetry correction.
I have lower lateral cartilage rotation towards right on the upper side. Both left and right are rotated towards right from my pov. Septum straightening didn't fix the issue. 2 surgeons didn't know how to fix my case, can I be helped?
