Can computer glass with +0.5 damage eye
My vision is 20/25 (max 20/30) and dont ve number. My work involves computer screen long hours I tried +1.00(comp gls w anti-glare/blue) and felt less fatigue Can I use +0.5 w/o damaging eye in long run?
