  3. Calf injury. Of d calf is a bit hard.

I had injured myself on lower left calf while playing football on 7th of this month. After that I underwent an appendicitis surgery last to last week. In d hospital I had no pain but then when I got discharged the very next day I got pain on my calf and now when I touch it, the lower part of d calf is a bit hard.
