I did health check and I was informed that I have calculi noted in body and neck of gall bladder ranging in size from 3-6mm, what should be next action to get rid so that it does create any issue in future... pls guide

Hi if you don't have upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms them you require surgery. You can read my article on Practo- Gall bladder stone.
