Caesarian delivery
Although, i have medium built body but I have an embarrassing tummy which makes me feel very low. I had slightly visible belly before marriage but after delivering my baby (caesarian) I feel my tummy is hanging like a sack. And sometimes I feel numbness in the area where I was operated for the delivery. I have decreased eating sweets and go for a regular morning walk. Even though I look weak from my face and other parts of body, but there is no change in my tummy. I am a bit scared, please let me know if these are repercussions of caesarian operation.

No, Cesarian is usually not responsible for tummy. Either heavy big baby or fat deposition or abdominal muscles weakness are responsible for this. If muscles are weak need good high protein diet and either ab exercise or dancing garaba type will be effective. If more of fat deposition, need diet and fat burning exercise.
