My Sister has been operated on right eye for C3R as her left eye has a very low light and is not able to see anything but right eye was fine. Doctors in delhi had advised to operate right eye so that the infection doesn't spread to right eye. Now, doctors have advised to do Cornea transplant as the eye is totally damaged. So we wanted to know is it possible that after cornea transplant, light in left eye will come back to normal. Also what is the percentage of operation being successful and the approximate charges.

Yes after p k in left eye,She is likely to recover. The recovery depends upon several factors e.g..quality of cornea, condition of post chamber and lens, acceptance of cornea etc.
But every thing goes well then there are approx 90%chances of regaining good vision.
