Butterfly rashes on face

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Platelets count down, joint pain, fever reason unknown, weakness, hair fall. Age : 19 Female I checked online n found that these all are symptoms of lupus, please suggest me, what we hv to do. We have already consulted with so many docs but situations are not under control. Please suggest me.

You must be suffering from post viral melasma like pigmentation. Use sunscreens during daytime every day Apply kojic acid based creams or hydroquinone based cream for pigmentation till it settle down. Lupus unlikely So just chill !!
