Hi welcome - I advice the following : 1) Do not eat hard or solid foods anytime at present for few days 2) always add liquid foods or just like a Porridge like children or semi solid types Like rice with dal to start first eating. 3) drink some water or soupy products before lunch or dinner to avoid these. 4) do not think during the time of eating or having to tension before or during meals 5) Always eat properly like chewing, right process engulfing some of solid foods . 6) do not drink too much water rather if not hiccup then take water afwtr 15 min of any meals. 7) think positive always during eating or rather just full concentration on foods but not any matters of worries. 8) some other biological factors or medical factors may be there as on individual basis. 9) small - frequently meals on every 3 hours intervals should be no bhaji, fried . 10) no junk, fast , fried , salty or spicy foods for 3 months at least.
