Burping/Belching with chest pain

Asked for Male, 63 Years

Hi. My father frequently do continuous burping/Belching . It's more frequent after eating food /water. He also tell he feel pain in chest, heart area and above abs . I am taking him for complete body check up Can you please suggest what are the extra tests I have to do in hospital ? Thank you .
