Burnt tongue

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I drank high boiling water without noticing the heat. My tongue is slightly burnt and lower part of tongue is heavily burnt and skin seems to be peeled off and turned white in color. I tried ice cubes, drinking chill water, slightly applied dologel for a minute, but still there is a pain and burning sensation. I couldn't eat properly. Which doctor should I consult and please help with remedies. How many days will it take to cure completely. Can it become normal again. PFA picture.
