Burning while urination an foreskin burn
I am facing burning while urination issue for the past 1 and a half month. I got kub ultrasound done and it was normal. Urine routine was normal. I was given Cruzest and alfusion initially. It gave relief for few days and issue started again. I took AF 250 for 5 days. Issue was limited to foreskin only. It has started again since yesterday. It burns even if I try to move the foreskin back even without urinating. There is a strange pain like obstruction when i get erection and even after releasing I feel that pain. The burning after urination has returned again since last night. Please suggest what can be done to get rid of this. I drink around 2 to 2.5 litres of water everyday.

Repeat urine examination routine and microscopic.
Clinical physical examination by a urologist may help to decide about need for any procedure for tight foreskin
