Hi doctors
I keep having stomach burns everyday after I eat.. Some times I have stomach pain in the middle of the night.. Is there anything to reduce??

Looks like ur BMI is taking a toll on u.
To be frank u r OBESE class-I..which can result in lot of morbidity later. As of now burning tummy is related to GERD and Gastritis. I wud Suggest u to go for
1. Regular exercises including brisk walk
2. Reduce calorie intake
3. Stick to lot of vegetables, fruits, eggs, lot of water
4. Avoid late dinner, oily, fried food( I mean junk food)
5. Endoscopy
6. Meet me if u want to...:-)
