Seems neuropathy, due to long standing diabetes.

strictly follow diabetic diet plan. take anti diabetic medication as per doctor advice. Tab Pregabalin 75 mg at night before going to bed (this tablet causes drowsiness, hence don't take in the day time).

It may be because of nerve problem (neuropathy) which in turn can be because of diabetes. There are several other causes of neuropathy like vitamin deficiency.
