Burning sensation on Testicle area *2mnt

My brother have burning sensation on testicle area from 2 months ago...burning sensation while sitting or sleeping position but not in standing ...no any trauma or redness & itching only burning..plz doctor suggest me what can i do?? Burn feel on testicle area but not exact place ..
