Burning sensation in body

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Burning sensation in eyes, body, ache in legs, dizzy, weakness. I have taken 1 Dolo 650 after breakfast...and then one paracetamol after lunch...had some grapes, apple and wiped my self with wet cloth to keep the temperature down but it hasn't helped much. Any advices?
